In an independent study of fundraising software
solutions, originated by the Association of
Fundraising Professionals (AFP) and Campbell Rinker, formally Campbell Research, of the Donor
and Member fundraising community, Donor2
walked away with "top honors", receiving an unprecedented FIVE awards, including "Best
Software", "Superior Software" and the most coveted award of all, "Best
Overall Product, the highest honor given in the study.

Charlotte, North Carolina - - Systems Support Services, provider of Donor2 software, is
pleased to announce that Donor2 has been rated number one in the recent Independent Survey
conducted by Campbell Research. Donor2 scored number one in the Overall Rating, earning
“Top Honors” in the study. Systems Support Services won five awards for its Donor2 product
awards for Best Overall product, Best Software, and Superior Software.
Campbell Research, an eleven-year-old independent marketing research firm, conducted
this first-ever survey of its kind. The study queried over 2,700 not-for-profit
professionals who use donor and member software, service bureaus and ASPs. Campbell Research
studied over 29 competing products in the marketplace and considered issues such as
Ease of Use, Initial Data Conversion, Ease of Data Import, Data Analysis Capabilities,
Report Flexibility, System Flexibility, Customer Support, Cost Effectiveness and ten other
attributes. According to Campbell Research, “the sample includes 2891 unique evaluations
of fundraising software programs, service bureaus and ASPs. This yields an accuracy of
approximately +-2% at the 95% level of confidence, a reliability that exceeds the research
industry standard.” Campbell has published a detailed analysis of the ratings in a research
report that is currently offered to non-profits.
